Instructions
  1. Simmer Black Kabuli Chickpeas in water in large saucepan until tender, 60-80 minutes. Or soak overnight and cook 45-60 minutes.
  2. Slightly toast cumin in a dry pan.
  3. In a large bowl, toss all major ingredients together.
  4. Taste and add salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
  5. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
