Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients for lentils and put them in a crock pot to cook for 4 to 5 hours. Cook the lentils until all the liquid has been absorbed and the lentils are soft, but still hold their shape. When they are done, chill them overnight.
  2. The next day, add the rest of the ingredients and form the mixture into patties. Place the patties on greased baking sheets. Bake at 325 for 15 minutes.
  3. Cool the patties, stack in plasticware to store.
  4. To serve, grill patties in an iron skillet until well browned.
