Organic Black Beluga® Lentils

Timeless Food introduced our organic Black Beluga® Lentil in 1994. It was originally named by one of our favorite customers for its resemblance to caviar, and indeed has caught the attention of chefs the world over.

This little black beauty is rich is flavor and deeply satisfying, and is the highest protein of any lentil we’ve ever found. This little jewel is a great choice for dramatic side dishes, pilafs, and as a bed for fish.
