Organic Harvest Gold® Lentils. Timeless Harvest Golds are treasures of Montana sunshine in every package. Like the Petite Crimsons, these lentils have had their skins removed. So they cook very quickly and are well suited for delicate soups as a base ingredient for dips, or even as a protein-booster in baked goods like cookies and cakes. Tangy yogurt, fragrant spices along with lemon juice and cilantro balance the cayenne pepper to make this an unusually delightful and nutritious salad.
